Refunds, Cancellations & Terms

At Wai~brations, we believe meaningful experiences begin with respect—for one another, for our horses, and for the space we share. The following guidelines help us create a safe, welcoming, and supportive experience for everyone.

Before Your Wai~brations Experience

Booking & Payment

All sessions held at the Ranch or on location must be paid in full prior to booking. Workshop fees must be paid in full 45 days prior to the event.

Participant Waiver & Release

All participants are required to review and sign the Wai~brations Participant Waiver & Release prior to participating in any session or activity. A parent or legal guardian must complete the required documentation for participants under 18 years of age.

Safety & Horse Care

The safety and well-being of our participants and horses are always our priority. Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions and facilitator guidance throughout their experience.

Our horses are valued members of the Wai~brations team. Participants are asked to respect their space, boundaries, and individual needs and may only interact with the horses as directed by the facilitator.

Please do not feed the horses.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Because many Wai~brations experiences take place outdoors and involve horses, weather and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require a session or event to be rescheduled.

If Wai~brations must cancel or reschedule an experience for safety or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with participants to arrange a new date or provide an appropriate refund or credit.

Respect for Our Space

Wai~brations is a private ranch environment. We ask all visitors to help us maintain a peaceful, respectful space by following ranch guidelines, treating others with kindness, and helping us care for the land and our horses.

Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policies help us honor the time, preparation, and care that go into creating each Wai~brations experience, while also allowing us to provide the best possible experience for our participants and our horses.

Hāmau, Adaptive Horsemanship & Hā Healing for Horses

Rescheduling
Sessions rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a 25% late rescheduling fee of the session price to cover horse preparation and arena staging costs. This fee must be paid prior to rescheduling.

Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund, less a 25% late cancellation fee of the session cost to cover location set-up and horse scheduling logistics. This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time, as well as missed appointments are not eligible for a refund.

Equine Facilitator Workshops

Workshop fees must be paid in full 45 days prior to the event.

Cancellations made 45 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 45 days but at least 30 days before the event are eligible for a refund of the workshop fee, less a 25% late cancellation fee to cover arena set-up and horse scheduling logistics. This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

By booking a Wai~brations experience, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and to complete the required Participant Waiver & Release prior to participation.
