At Wai~brations, we believe meaningful experiences begin with respect\u2014for one another, for our horses, and for the space we share. The following guidelines help us create a safe, welcoming, and supportive experience for everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n All sessions held at the Ranch or on location must be paid in full prior to booking. Workshop fees must be paid in full 45 days prior to the event.<\/span><\/p>\n All participants are required to review and sign the Wai~brations Participant Waiver & Release prior to participating in any session or activity. A parent or legal guardian must complete the required documentation for participants under 18 years of age.<\/span><\/p>\n The safety and well-being of our participants and horses are always our priority. Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions and facilitator guidance throughout their experience.<\/span><\/p>\n Our horses are valued members of the Wai~brations team. Participants are asked to respect their space, boundaries, and individual needs and may only interact with the horses as directed by the facilitator.<\/span><\/p>\n Please do not feed the horses.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Because many Wai~brations experiences take place outdoors and involve horses, weather and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require a session or event to be rescheduled.<\/span><\/p>\n If Wai~brations must cancel or reschedule an experience for safety or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with participants to arrange a new date or provide an appropriate refund or credit.<\/span><\/p>\n Wai~brations is a private ranch environment. We ask all visitors to help us maintain a peaceful, respectful space by following ranch guidelines, treating others with kindness, and helping us care for the land and our horses.<\/span><\/p>\n We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policies help us honor the time, preparation, and care that go into creating each Wai~brations experience, while also allowing us to provide the best possible experience for our participants and our horses.<\/span><\/p>\n Rescheduling<\/strong><\/span> Cancellations<\/strong><\/span> Cancellations made less than 72 hours <\/strong>before the scheduled start time, <\/strong>as well as missed appointments<\/strong>\u00a0are not eligible for a refund.<\/span><\/p>\n Workshop fees must be paid in full 45 days prior to the event<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n Cancellations made 45 days or more before the event<\/strong> are eligible for a full refund<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n Cancellations made less than 45 days but at least 30 days before the event<\/strong> are eligible for a refund of the workshop fee, less a 25% late cancellation fee <\/strong>to cover arena set-up and horse scheduling logistics. This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.<\/span><\/p>\n Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event<\/strong> are not eligible for a refund.<\/span><\/p>\n By booking a Wai~brations experience, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and to complete the required Participant Waiver & Release prior to participation.<\/span><\/p>\n We appreciate your understanding and consideration of the time, preparation, and care that go into each Wai~brations experience. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours\u2019 notice will not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Workshops, Single and Half-day Events<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n All event reservation payments must be made in full at the time of registration. If you cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the event begins, you will be refunded the full fee minus a 20% or $25 convenience fee (whichever is less). Cancellations within 7 days of the event will not be entitled to a refund. If the event does not include pre-coaching\/consulting, or you cancel prior to you pre-coaching\/consulting session, you may transfer your event reservation to someone else as long as you notify XXX of this change within 12 hours of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Retreats<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Retreat fees must be paid in full 45 days prior to the event. Retreat fees are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to the event start date minus a 10% or $XX convenience fee (whichever is less). Reservations cancelled within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual as long as you have not received pre-coaching\/consulting for the event at the time of cancellation.
